Existing customers: If you are an existing customer and are interested in a different mask than what your are currently using, just click the picture of that mask and fill out the needed information. We will contact you, review your request, and ship you the new mask. Each of these mask’s come as a “Fit-Pack” (multiple size cushions) for your convenience so that a proper fit is achieved. New customers: The process is the same except during the call we will require a credit card for any copay’s/deductibles and will send you a docusign packet to be electronically signed with our terms and conditions. Don’t worry, we will mail the packet if you do not have access to email. Each of these mask’s come as a “Fit-Pack” (multiple size cushions) for your convenience so that a proper fit is achieved.
All customers must have a current prescription on file, authorization from your insurance (if required), and may request a credit card on file for the order prior to shipping.
